Nîm is happy to exchange your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. When you want to request an exchange, please DM or email us at info@nim.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number valid for 6 months. You should be notifying our team within 24 hours from the time you have received the items. All exchanged items should be in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny the return of any item if the conditions weren’t met with our exchange requirements. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for the shipping fees that may complement any exchange request.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds.
Delivery and Shipping within Lebanon
Nîm offers home delivery service within Lebanon. The delivery cost will vary depending on the destination. But deliveries within Beirut will cost $2, and deliveries outside Beirut will cost $4.
Your parcel within Beirut will be delivered within 1-2 business days and outside Beirut within 2-3 business days.
